Who am I?

Work: I am a Senior Software Engineer at Tribal Group, living in Cambridge. I am currently part of team helping to create e-learning and m-learning software using a whole host of different technologies, and for a wide range of customers. I am also helping to deliver Enterprise applications that help different CMS and LMS system talk to eachother.

Leisure: I am a keen nature photographer and love the wild, especially capturing that special moment that wildlife sometimes gives us. I hope my pictures will show the beauty of wildlife and inspire you to help appreciate the world we have around us. While travelling I also try to and capture what inspires me. From my photos you can probably see that I am a bit of a 'birder', but I also love the landscapes, and 'city-scapes'. I love to take photos of the action, light or colour that is available. I am more of a capture than a manufacture in Photoshop type of photographer so tend to not use post-processing too much so I am especially pleased when I have seen something from a different viewpoint and managed to capture the light and colour and its essence on the photo.

Community: I am Membership Secretary and maintain the website for the Friends of Cherry Hinton Hall group in Cambridge. With the group we try to liaise with various Council departments, wildlife organisations and other local interest groupsto help manage the preservation and development of Cherry Hinton Hall for the benefit of the community.
